- All rugs and carpets are 100% handmade, including wool washing,
carding, spinning, dyeing, knotting, trimming, and final washing;

- Rugs can be constructed in all wool, silk, bamboo silk, banana silk, wool and silk, allo, allo and silk, hemp, hemp and silk and many other combinations;

- All of our wool is pure Tibetan Highland sheep's wool which is
characteristically flexible, strong, and lustrous. It is the finest wool
available;

- All of our designs can be woven in 60, 80, 100, 120, and 150 knot counts;

- Choose from our selection of 225 colors, or we can custom dye to match
colors of your choice. All yarns are dyed using natural vegetable dyes or
colorfast Swiss bio-product dyes;

- Our state of the art software program can be used to colorize your design selections immediately. Custom patterns can also be digitized
and colored to meet your needs. Allow up to 2 weeks for preparation of
custom line art;

- Any of our designs can be emailed directly to you for evaluation.

- 2’ x 2’ strike-off samples can be made to confirm your color and pattern
selections. Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery on all sample orders;

- There is no minimum order size;

- Custom shapes are available (i.e. round, oval, hexagon, octagon, etc.);

- There is no up charge for custom patterns, colors, or shapes;

- The finest quality cotton is used for the foundation;

- Fringe may be exposed or tucked, natural or antiqued;

- All rugs and carpets are made to order and shipped air freight to the US;

- Allow 12 - 14 weeks for delivery of all rugs up to 10’ x 12’. Delivery of
larger rugs will be quoted at confirmation of order; 

- Due to the handmade nature and the use of natural dyes, our carpets
and rugs may vary slightly in size and color;

- Latex backing can be applied for wall to wall installations;

- Our factory is a member of RUGMARK, a nonprofit organization working
to end child labor and to offer educational opportunities to children in India,
Nepal, and Pakistan.
